Knauf Gypsum EAST searches for experienced engineers, who would like to join our Experienced Engineers Development Program (EEDP) and are qualified based on below requirements.

Who are we looking for?
- More than 2 years of previous experience in Engineer role;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Energy Engineering
- Proficient knowledge of English language, in addition to local language
- Energetic, open-minded person, eager to learn new things and to grow within Knauf
- Mobile (ready to frequent traveling around EAST region and open to relocation)
How Engineers Development Program works?
2 years (24 months) program is specifically designed to develop you further in Engineering field by providing additional theoretical knowledge (Project management, Sustainability, LEAN, Data analytics, Design thinking) and practical expertise obtaining by going through 3 rotations to different Knauf plants within EAST region and by executing business projects in Engineering area.
Program’s Advantages

- Assessment center (includes an individual interview, a test and a study case resolution) will be performed in June - July 2025. Successful finalists will be offered the participation in the Program with proper employment starting from August 2025.
