What will your responsibilities be?

• Managing the sales team and ensuring its effective operation.
• Taking care of achieving sales goals and revenue growth.
• Creating and implementing the company's sales strategy.
• Building relationships with customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Controlling pricing and monitoring market trends.
• Reporting results and regular collaboration with company management.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in a leadership position in sales for at least 5 years (experience in the construction industry is an advantage).
• Experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results.
• Strategic thinking and results orientation.
• Knowledge of the building materials market is a significant advantage.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to bring new ideas.
• Driving license category B.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
