We are looking for a new colleague with expertise in HSE to join our team in Vidin Plant.

Key responsibilities:
- Develops and maintain HSE policies and programs in line with regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001);
- Conducts risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety inspections to mitigate workplace risks;
- Leads incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions;
- Provides HSE training and mentorship to employees, contractors, and management;
- Ensures proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment;
- Monitors compliance with HSE regulations and company policies;
- Supports safety planning and procedures for new projects and contracts.
Requirements:
- University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience managing HSE programs in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings;
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards;
- Proficiency in HSE management systems and data analysis tools;
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Proven ability to promote a safety culture and work independently in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent command of Bulgarian, English at a working level (written and spoken);
- Good computer user knowledge and skills (MS Office);
- Planning and advanced negotiation skills.
