What you’ll be doing:
The Controlling Analyst is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring to support business decision-making. This role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing insights to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor costs and identify areas for financial optimization.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in financial reporting and controlling.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of SAP FI&CO transactions is an advantage
- Residence in Budapest (place of work Budapest)
- English language proficiency level B2 (please upload your CV in English language)
