What you’ll be doing:

The Controlling Analyst is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring to support business decision-making. This role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing insights to improve financial efficiency and profitability.

• Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Monitor costs and identify areas for financial optimization.

• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy.

• Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives in financial reporting and controlling.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP FI&CO transactions is an advantage
• Residence in Budapest (place of work Budapest)
• English language proficiency level B2 (please upload your CV in English language)
