As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll help keep local IT systems running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment on-site. You’ll also handle critical issues, ensuring everything works securely and efficiently while building great relationships with our customers.

Main responsibilities:
- Keep local IT systems and infrastructure running smoothly and efficiently;
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalating critical IT issues, working closely with regional or central IT teams when needed;
- Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of telecom and IT equipment to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Develop and implement service improvement plans, driving operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, telecom, or field service engineering roles within a multicultural and international company;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality service;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams;
- A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and operational efficiency;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in dynamic environments and quickly adjust to changing priorities and challenges;
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, ensuring all systems and processes meet compliance requirements
- Valid driver’s license required.
Non-technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management, including Service Level Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management;
- Experience in Operations Support, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Operations Monitoring;
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Engineering, including System, Network, and Storage Engineering;
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes;
- Proficiency in providing Service Desk Support and resolving end-user issues;
- Ability to deliver excellent End User Support with a focus on customer satisfaction;
- Basic understanding of Applications and their functionality to support business operations;
