Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement Specialist who sources smart, negotiates well, and keeps materials flowing.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end procurement: sourcing, RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalization;
• Procure goods, services, and spare parts; support plants on spare-part needs and investment projects;
• Systematically scan the market, run tenders, and benchmark pricing and terms;
• Place and manage purchase orders based on stock levels and demand fluctuations; coordinate with logistics/warehouse for on-time delivery;
• Monitor orders and supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery); resolve claims and drive corrective actions;
• Maintain supplier records, procurement documentation, and item master data (article numbers) in the ERP system (SAP).
• Onboard new suppliers and materials in ERP; ensure data accuracy and compliance;
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports (cost analysis, savings, supplier KPIs);
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align needs and support purchasing strategy with local teams and global buyers;
• Handle supplier inquiries, manage disputes, and build long-term partnerships;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards;
• Participate in supplier qualification and periodic performance evaluations; monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field;
• More than 3 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in an international manufacturing company;
• Fluent Bulgarian and very good written and spoken English language (German will be considered as an advantage);
• Proficiency in MS Office and previous experience with ERP (SAP);
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
• Analytical problem-solver with a team‑player mindset.

• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and readiness for short and planned in advance business trips.
