We are looking for communicative and detail-oriented Customer Service Order Specialist who will manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer service. This role includes processing customer orders, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of the order management process
What you’ll be doing:
Process and validate customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail;
Serve as the primary contact for order-related inquiries, providing timely, professional support;
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth fulfillment and on-time delivery;
Monitor orders end-to-end; proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and escalations, keeping customers informed;
Maintain accurate records and update the order management system; prepare reports and flag trends or inefficiencies;
Support continuous improvements to increase process efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction;
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations; follow health & safety and workplace standards;
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
What we’d love for you to have:
University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant;
Previous experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in order management systems and ERP software (SAP is considered as an advantage) and MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook;
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and order-to-cash processes is highly desirable;
Excellent command of Bulgarian, English at a working level (written and spoken);
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams;
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record keeping;
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex customer issues and provide effective solutions;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines;
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service;
