What will your responsibilities be?
Develop and implement distribution and sales strategies to increase sales volume, market share and profitability.
Lead, motivate and develop the sales team through clear objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.
Prepare annual sales plans and forecasts and ensure the achievement of agreed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Manage pricing and discount strategies while protecting margins and profitability.
Oversee the sales pipeline, conversion rates and accurate data management in Salesforce.
Collaborate with other departments and regularly report sales results and market developments to management.
What do we expect from you?
At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role (experience in the construction industry is an advantage).
Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a strong advantage.
Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to introduce new ideas.
English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
A valid Category B driving licence.
