We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Controlling Analyst to support the financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes within the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Support daily and month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting;
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
- Manage SAP processes, including pricing, transfer pricing, and updates of commercial terms;
- Monitor costs, optimize financial performance, and manage rebate agreements;
- Prepare financial statements, reconcile FI/CO totals, and ensure compliance with regulations;
- Develop financial models and contribute to process improvements in reporting and controlling.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance & Accounting / Economics / other relevant;
- Previous experience in multinational company in reporting / controlling / cost accounting / financial accounting, etc.;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
- Ability to work independently with team player mindset;
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and reporting tools.
