We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Controlling Analyst to support the financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes within the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Support daily and month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting;
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
• Manage SAP processes, including pricing, transfer pricing, and updates of commercial terms;
• Monitor costs, optimize financial performance, and manage rebate agreements;
• Prepare financial statements, reconcile FI/CO totals, and ensure compliance with regulations;
• Develop financial models and contribute to process improvements in reporting and controlling.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance & Accounting / Economics / other relevant;
• Previous experience in multinational company in reporting / controlling / cost accounting / financial accounting, etc.;
• Fluency in English (written and verbal);
• Ability to work independently with team player mindset;
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and reporting tools.
