What you’ll be doing:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and assisting various departments with administrative tasks:
Perform general administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure operational efficiency.
Support procurement processes and vendor coordination in SAP.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Manage confidential and sensitive information securely.
Provide support to managers and other team members as required.

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in handling confidential information professionally.
- English language proficiency level B2 (please upload your CV in English language)
